How do we handle your personal data?
Only when you are eligible for a temporary or definitive exclusion your data will be processed. We will of course handle your information with great care and only the managers of Jackpotgames have access to this information. We keep your data for a year after registration with a request for temporary exclusion. If you are eligible for a defensive exclusion at our site, we are obliged to keep your data until our operating license ends. With a definitive exclusion you will be permanently denied access.
Personal data that we process are:
- Name and surname
- Telephone number
- Other personal data that you provide yourself
You have the right to view, correct or remove your personal data. If you object to the processing of your personal data, you can indicate this by writing: For the attention of the Management Board, Boulevard Barnaat 18, 2041 JA Zandvoort. We hereby request that you enclose a copy of your passport so that we are sure that you are the person concerned. Make your passport number and social security number black, to protect your privacy.
The handling of complaints goes via e-mail and mail. We save this data for a maximum of one year after data from the complaint. We only use your information to contact you about the complaint and you will not end up in a customer system. We register the complaint itself and take it as a feedback or point for improvement.
Jackpotgames takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, unauthorized access, loss and unauthorized changes.
We would like to point out that our Google Analytics website uses the “anonymizeIp ()” extension to improve data protection. IP addresses are only registered and processed further. This excludes a direct personal involvement in the analysis of the use of our website. You can prevent the installation of cookies by Google Analytics through a certain setting of your browser.
This allows you to exercise your right (also for the future) to object to the data collection, processing and use of Google Analytics. For this you can install the opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. This prevents Google Analytics from storing information about your website visits.
